Archiving and Preservation Policy

The Journal is committed and dedicated to the Long Term Preservation and Archiving (LTPA) of its published articles. The Journal is also putting continuous efforts to archive the published manuscripts in various other archiving and indexing agencies.

All published articles by the journal are digitally preserved and archived  in the following-

  • CLOCKSS and LOCKSS initiatives via PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
  • Open Archives Initiative (OAI-PMH) via PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
  • Portico (apply) via PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
  • Internet Archive

The PKP PN plugin will deposit your published content into the PKP Preservation Network. In addition, journal encourage authors to archive the published version of their articles on their institutional repositories and as well as other appropriate websites.

Self-archiving- is the act of (the author's) depositing a free copy of an electronic document online in order to provide open access to it. At International Journal of Scientific Research in Network Security and Communication (IJSRNSC) authors are allowed to self-archive pre-print, post-print and publisher’s version of the article in any OAI-compliant repository.

Website Archiving- All of the electronic content (website, manuscript, etc.) is stored in three different sources. Content on a server is online and accessible to readers. A copy of the same content is preserved as a backup on other servers. Should a server fail, other resources can be brought online, and the website should be available within 24 to 36 hours.
