  Abstract
  This paper has examined the present conditions of Telemedicine services in Bangladesh and found the vital parameters that should be addressed to make this service useful for the rural people of Bangladesh. There are about 75% people live in rural areas where the healthcare facilities are very poor in Bangladesh. Telemedicine is an appropriate tool to serve the huge rural people of Bangladesh. We have conducted a survey through questionnaires on the expert doctors, village or local doctors, pharmacy owners and patients from different areas of Bangladesh. The survey was conducted on 500 targeted people of Bangladesh. From the survey we have found that 94.80% expert doctors, 74% local doctors, 91.42% patients and 80.32% pharmacy owners of Bangladesh want to introduce telemedicine services for the huge number of rural people of our country. This research also proposes the telemedicine operating cost in the range of 201-300 taka for the rural people of Bangladesh. Authors believe that the survey results can play an important role to implement a standard Telemedicine model for the people of Bangladesh.

  Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are often used in industry for high-performance applications. Their key features are high power density, linear torque control capability, high efficiency, and fast dynamic response. Today, PMSMs are prevalent especially for their use in hybrid electric vehicles. Since operating the motor at high efficiency values is critically important for electric vehicles, as for all other applications, minimum loss control appears to be an inevitable requirement in PMSMs. In this study, a neural network-based intelligent minimum loss control technique is applied to a PMSM. It is shown by means of the results obtained that the total machine losses can be controlled in a way that keeps them at a minimum level. It is worth noting here that this improvement is achieved compared to the case with I d set to zero, where no minimum loss control technique is used. Within this context, hysteresis and eddy current losses are primarily obtained under certain conditions by means of a PMSM finite element model, initially developed by CEDRAT as an educational demo. A comprehensive loss model with a dynamic core resistor estimator is developed using this information. A neural network controller is then applied to this model and comparisons are made with analytical methods such as field weakening and maximum torque per ampere control techniques. Finally, the obtained results are discussed.

  Abstract
  Mobile ad-hoc communication is a kind of wireless network which has no infrastructure and decentralized management. Security is an essential requirement in mobile ad hoc network to provide protected communication between mobile nodes. Due to unique characteristic of MANETs, it creates a number of consequential challenges to its security design. In this paper we investigate number of protection mechanism against jamming attack and improve the quality of network service with the help of Taguchi loss function calculation based. In this study paper we identify various jammer attacks, security goal and existing prevention mechanism after that we proposed taguchi’s loss function base node drop identification and neighbour trust measurement base security measurement that proposed technique is better idea for communication performance improvement under security survival condition.
